C. What are my upgrade options?
You can upgrade to any package at any point during your active subscription period.
If you are an existing subscriber, please download the upgrade form from your
Subscription/ Upgrade page or please write to contact@add.ae.
D. Can I Subscribe to Showtime
Yes you can subscribe to Showtime provided you are already subscribing to any one of the following packages:

E. I have a box and smart card from Showtime. Can I subscribe to any of the ADD packages?
Yes, you can subscribe to any of the ADD packages if you have an active Showtime package.

F. Payment Methods
Credit Card -
• If you wish to pay by Credit Card, the options are Monthly, Quarterly,
• Half Yearly and Annually.
• Incase you choose the Auto-Renewal Option on the subscription form, your account be will automatically debited at the frequency chosen by you
• If you do not select the Auto-Renewal Option on the subscription form, you need to make a minimum payment for a quarter
Bank Transfer -
• Minimum 3 months payment with the subscription form
• You can choose to deposit the subscription amount in the ADD Bank Account

The minimum payment is to be for 3 months and maximum for 12 months.

2. Bank Service charges :
Please add to the subscription amount. Kindly fax the subscription form along with the deposit slip to + 971 4 8061234 There is no need to fax any receipt or form for payments at UAE Exchange.
