Dilwale No 1
Names: Tahira Bhasin (19 yrs) and Jashan Preet Singh Kholi (20 yrs)
Place of origin: Chandigarh
Currently based in: Chandigarh
Trivia: Tahira & Jashan are both perusing their B.Com and are very excited to be a part of this show. They first met at a tuition class and fell in love instantly. Both their parents are happy about their participation in the show. Their parents consider Jashan & Tahira to be great dancing partners but are not aware of their in depth relationship. According to them since they are not professionally settled, it's an inappropriate time for them to reveal their relationship in front of their family. Through this show Tahira and Jashan are trying hard to establish their presence in this industry so that they can settle down well in time to come.
Dilwale No 2
Names: Aslam Qureshi (28 yrs) and Mayuree Chaddha (25 yrs)
Place of origin: Delhi & Agra
Currently based in: Mumbai
Trivia: Aslam is an Event Manager by profession. He completed his MBA in USA while Mayureee has perused Mass Communication and is a creative director. In 2001 Mayuree met Aslam at an exhibition in Delhi and love blossomed. At the end of the exhibition Aslam proposed Mayuree. But then Aslam went abroad for studying MBA and they lost contact. Eventually Mayuree got a job and moved to Mumbai. This is when they again came closer and are now looking forward to have a family together.
Aslam's family is against his relationship while Mayuree's family has recently accepted Aslam. Theses two young lovers drove from Delhi to Agra on their first date and have overcome all odds to win over their emotions. Aslam & Mayuree have participated in the show without their family's consent.

Names: Neetu Wadhwa (22 yrs) and Sunny Bindra (22 yrs)

Trivia: Neetu & Sunny are actors by profession. Their story is inspired by a typical Hindi film since the two of them met at a theatre where Sunny came down to watch a play with a friend while Neetu was one of the actors. Floored by her performance Sunny started a conversation with Neetu and that started their love story! Both Sunny and Neetu's parents know about their relationship and their participation in Aaja Mahi Vay and Neetu's parents are very happy about them getting to perform together on such a big platform! The couple is certain about their love & feelings towards each other but they have planned anything for their future and are committed not to go against their parent's wishes, either!

Trivia: Praveen & Kiran are actors by profession and dancing is their passion. Kiran is a trained classical dancer. She met Praveen while doing a play in his college. Kiran was cast as Praveen's dancing partner. He was smitten by Kiran on the very first day but couldn't confess his feeling. Later he proposed Kiran via her cousin. Praveen's parents are not aware about this relation, but his sister knows about the affair. This couple is ready to face severe challenges in life as their families would be dead against this relationship. But since eight years they are committed and are planning to get married soon.

Trivia: Rezwan is a professional actor & model from Rajasthan and brother of the famous television actress Shama Sikander. While Seran is a trained fashion designer and a dancer from UK. Their love story is a unique one as they met online and ever since they have been together. It was Seran's craving for the beauty and magnificence of India that brought her to here to see the country. So this daring damsel packed her bags and pursued her heart's burning desire to come down to the country and be with the love of her life, against her mother's wish! The couple now wants to focus on their careers and when they get married, they want to spend six months in a year in London and the remaining six months in India.

Names: Dhawal Doshi (24yrs) and Greesha Divecha (19 yrs)

Trivia: Dhawal is a choreographer and Greesha was his student in school. They never realized when they fell in love and have still not proposed each other, but they are certain that they want to marry and spend their life with each other. Greesha's parents are dead against this relationship and can not stand Dhawal. The major reasons being Dhawal is much senior to Greesha and he was her dance teacher in school. More so Greesha's mother has a problem with Dhawal's profession and his joint family background. Despite such obstacles Dhawal & Greesha are hopeful about their parents accepting their relationship and they are willing to do anything to be with each other.

Names: Manit Joura (22 yrs) and Manika Dhanda (24 yrs)

Currently based in: Mumbai
Trivia: Manit and Manika are 'made for each other'. They met on a flight to Delhi when Manika asked Manit to help her with her luggage. Both Manit and Manika are actor/model by profession, while Manit is also studying MBA. After their first meeting cupid struck again and they incidentally ran into each other in a restaurant in Delhi, after which they watched a movie and exchanged their numbers. Their regular chats began and soon one day Manika told Manit about clearing the first round of Gladrags Model Hunt and he was very happy for her!! Only to realize on her first day of competition that Manit was also there and that he too had got through Gladrags and was selected.
Manit proposed Manika with a red rose and a box of chocolates and she over joyously accepted it! The duo wants to get married at some point in time but for the moment, their focus is on their careers. Also they will reconsider the decision to marry, in case their families have any objections!

Names: Kapil Verma (27 yrs) and Shivani Thakur (20 yrs)
Place of origin: Himachal Pradesh
Currently based in: Mumbai
Trivia: Kapil & Shivani are both struggling actors by profession. With their modest background in Himachal, both are settled in Mumbai now. The couple interestingly met during a film shoot in Himachal, where cupid stuck and Kapil instantaneously proposed his love at first sight! So, much so that the courageous dude's father was actually standing beside him, when he unabashedly proposed Shivani. Shivani too is open about her relationship with Kapil, to her parents. With their current unsteady income status the couple is in desperate need of money today and have actually planned to tie the knot after 5 years, that too if their horoscopes match!
Shivani believes that the person one falls in love with should be his/her best friend and so she feels Kapil is her best friend. Both Kapil & Shivani want to participate in the show to be famous and fulfill their dreams.

Names: Maanav Sharma (24yrs) and Rashmi Beadi (25 yrs)

Trivia: Maanav is an actor by profession while his lady love Rashmi is a homeopath student and is also a Kathak dancer. They both met at an audition ground in Delhi and since the last one and half years Maanav & Rashmi are in a relationship. Rashmi often flies down to Mumbai to spend time with Maanav. Their parents consider think that they are best friends but are not yet aware of their romantic involvement. This show will be a path to reveal this relation in front of their families. Since both belong to Punjabi families, Manav & Rashmi are confident that their parents will accept this relationship. They are both looking forward to start off with a great bang.

Names: Kabir Verma (26 yrs) and Sejal Patel (23 yrs)

Trivia: Kabir an actor & graphic consultant while Sejal is a model & actor. The duo met at a shoot when Sejal was asked to replace a model who did not turn up. Kabir was incidentally shooting this ad and it was as if their meeting was destiny and ever since the two have been madly in love with each other. This Punjabi munda impressed and surprisingly proposed his Gujju gal in a dramatic way on a holiday to Goa.
However, the couple doesn't have it easy as yet, because Sejal is from a very well-to-do Gujrati family and her parents would like her to get married to & settled with an ideal Gujrati boy from UK as they are pessimistic about Indian boys. Sejal is not very confident of letting out the truth about her relationship with Kabir, to her parents and the couple plans to elope (in case Sejal's parents do not agree) and marry by the end of next year. The recent twist to the tale was when Kabir's parents learnt about Sejal and their relationship!

Trivia: Dancing is a passion and a profession for Shergil & Sneha. They first met at Sneha's sister's dancing school. They have an amazing chemistry and are very confident about their relationship. Shergil is keen on trying his hand at acting. This choreographer couple wants to get married in near future. Although they don't foresee any family problems but if such situation arises they believe their love is strong enough to see through all obstacles. The couple wants to gain name and fame through this platform.
